The second hotel, Accor Hotels’ 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, is scheduled to be completed by June 2020. The office buildings have been completed and the first hotel, a new 588-key Ibis hotel, is operational. It is a combined living, business, leisure and entertainment quarter alongside the Dubai World Trade Centre complex with five new high-rise office buildings and two hotels. One Central is located along Sheikh Zayed Road between the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Emirates Towers.
